I got to know Marco Petoia in connection with the federal examinations for management specialists. He prepared our group for the oral exam with his specialist knowledge and experience as an examiner. He was very attentive and immediately noticed and defused any uncertainties. His approach was clearly different from the other experts and he encouraged us to take the exam in this way. Despite initial uncertainty, it was worth swimming against the tide: I completed the oral exam with top marks.

Dear Marco, during the two years of training you always supported me open-heartedly and professionally. Be it as a lecturer in the classroom, as a coach with 1:1 support or in group training (oral federal examination for management specialists) also on site. Your input was always characterized by a lot of experience and yet you conveyed it in such a way that I did not feel inexperienced. A big thank you for your support! Best regards, Benjamin

I had the pleasure of getting to know Marco Petoia as a lecturer during my postgraduate studies in business administration. He taught the subject of "Leadership" with great professionalism and commitment. Marco Petoia's teaching was goal-oriented and very comprehensible. He knows how to make topics exciting, which has a positive effect on learning success. I was personally very impressed: Marco Petoia has a wide range of specialist knowledge and is able to incorporate many practical examples into the lessons.
