Procedure
At the end of your training, ask us for the official course confirmation for SERI. You can then claim back 50% of the costs.
Cost absorption ✅ - 50% of your costs
The federal government will reimburse you 50% of the costs. This applies to the costs that you have paid yourself.
You will receive a maximum of CHF 9,500 back. Example: You have paid a total of CHF 19,000 for the course and will receive CHF 9,500 back.
The part of the course that directly serves to prepare for the federal examination (including teaching materials provided by the course provider) is considered creditable. There is no entitlement to a subsidy for fees for meals, travel, accommodation and the diploma ceremony. In the case of modular examinations, fees for module examinations can be offset if they are included in the course price.
Prerequisites SERI
The federal government pays the money directly to the graduates (i.e. to you) (subject-oriented funding). You are entitled to a federal contribution under the following conditions:
- The course must be on SERI's list of preparatory courses (➜ www.sbfi.admin.ch/bundesbeitraege).
- You pay the course fees yourself. The invoices and the payment confirmations of the course provider must be in your name.
- You must take the final exam. The entitlement also applies if you do not pass the exam.
- Once you have completed your training with us, we will send you the confirmation by e-mail.
- You must be tax-resident in Switzerland at the time of the exam.

With us, intensive digital exam training and learning videos are already included. On request, additional coaching packages are available at special conditions. These special conditions apply only to our students 🚀!
Yes! These packages are also eligible for subsidies as part of the training, and you will be reimbursed 50% of the costs by the federal government.
