There is only one internal exam and you have both qualifications. The SALT Management Certificate and the Lumturo Academy Certificate.
Together with the Leadership SALT certificate course, this forms the admission requirement for the federal professional examination for Management experts with a federal diploma Federal Professional Certificate FPC .

How high is the learning effort for management SALT?
That varies and depends on your prior knowledge and learning style.
If you have no prior knowledge, we recommend investing about 2–3 hours per week. Spread out over 9 months, this will ensure you’ve studied intensively and are very well prepared.
This means you'll have access to the content for 9 months.
Is payment in installments also possible?
With SALT Leadership you have 6 months of access or until you complete the content*.
With SALT Management you have 9 months of access or until you complete the content*.

Yes. We support you until you are ready! The exams for Management SALT take place internally at Lumturo Academy. We are 100% recognised by the SALT and you do not have to take any external exams!
On completion, you receive a certificate recognised by the SALT, which is also recognised for the professional examination.
How and when do the module examinations take place?
The exams take place regularly (at least once per quarter). However, you can also contact us at any time and let us know that you have finished the module and are ready for the module exam. We will then usually arrange an individual exam date just for you within 3-4 weeks.
Are the courses eligible for federal subsidies?
Yes, all Lumturo Academy training courses are 100% subsidy-eligible. And so are our coaching packages!
